It is becoming a tradition to cater for this wonderful group of lovely writers coming to one of the most beautiful regions in France in South of Borgogne at Château Bardons.
The meet up this year was late Spring at la Pacaudière and thirteen à table for inspiring writing and cooking going on at the Chateau.
From vegetarian hachis Parmentier to roasted corn, sweet potato quinoa and spiced up enchiladas, my American guests where treated to their special requests and delighted with a lunch and dinner buffet including local ingredients and the most popular cheese from the region.
Already booked for next year, I am delighted to continue being part of this special group « only women » and be able to present an inspiring menu with a blend of different flavors from Mexico to France.
